Welcome to Northwest Iowa's newest multi-purpose events center! The Clay County Regional Events Center opened its doors on November 15, 2003, and makes its home at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Spencer, Iowa. The Events Center is ideal for all types of conventions, meetings, corporate parties, trade show, and entertainment events. We invite you to host your event at the Events Center where we “Deliver Outstanding Experiences!”
Our venue includes a 7,600 sq. ft. grand ballroom - divisible into 6 meeting rooms, 24,000 sq. ft. arena/exhibit hall, boardroom, event office, VIP dressing room, and 2 spacious dressing/locker rooms. Equipment of any size is loaded in/out via 2 overhead doors and 1 loading dock with automatic load leveler. Contact Us for room rental rates and availablity of audio/visual equipment rentals. |

The largest of the Events Center’s function space is our arena / exhibit hall, which is 24,000 square feet of column free, clear-span space with no visual or physical obstructions. |

Grand Ballroom |

Upscale, elegant, versatile and warm are a few of the words used to describe this flexible space. The Grand Ballroom is perfect for banquets, corporate annual dinners; seminars, meetings, receptions and weddings. This space can also be divided into smaller meeting rooms ideal for classrooms, breakout space, seminars, and smaller banquets and wedding receptions. |

Main Lobby |

The Main Lobby of the Events Center offers an attractive open atrium area of 5,347 square feet. This area is ideal for conference registration, added displays or booths, a coffee break or reception area and offers access to the Box Office, Arena / Exhibit Hall, Grand Ballroom, restrooms, concession stands and the Administrative office. |
