 New Menu, Added Services, More Flexibility
We have expanded our menu to accommodate events of all sizes and budgets. Our menu features items to accommodate both business and social events. From the early morning breakfast meeting to a business lunch or a casual setting for your family reunion to an elegant fine dining plated meal and everything in between. Our team is flexible and will customize a menu to meet your needs. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences!
 Executive Chef, Adam Hunt
Adam is a graduate from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis/St. Paul. He most recently mentored under an award winning Chef, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, at The Cottage on Broad in Story City, Iowa. Adam is excited to showcase his talents and has a food forward outlook on culinary arts. Adam, a native of Iowa, welcomes the diversity of clients needs at the Clay County Regional Events Center.
